Commercial & Residential Renovation — USA

We renovate hotels while the lights stay on.

SBSK INC rebuilds guest rooms, lobbies, and back-of-house systems in phases — floor by floor, wing by wing — so your property keeps taking reservations through the entire project. We bring the same precision home, for private residences.

What we build

Two trades, one standard of finish.

Hotels are our core practice — we understand flagged-brand PIP requirements, guest-facing schedules, and life-safety code. We apply the same discipline to homes.

02

Back-of-House & Systems

MEP upgrades, fire and life-safety systems, ADA compliance, kitchen and laundry facility rebuilds — the infrastructure guests never see, brought up to current code.

03

Residential Renovation

Full-home remodels, kitchens, baths, additions, and historic restorations — the same project controls and finish standard we hold on hospitality work.

How we protect your revenue

Phased renovation, floor by floor.

Below is a live-style view of how a typical 6-floor property moves through renovation: one or two floors under construction at a time, the rest open and sellable.

This is the model we build every hospitality contract around: a locked sequence, agreed with ownership and operations before mobilization, so occupancy and revenue projections hold through the entire renovation.

Our approach

From walkthrough to final punch list.

01

Property assessment

We walk every floor with ownership, engineering, and — for flagged hotels — the brand's PIP checklist, then document scope room by room.

02

Phasing plan

We sequence work against your booking calendar and revenue targets, so the property never fully closes and STAR reports stay predictable.

03

Construction

Dedicated crews, noise and dust containment, and guest-corridor protection protocols keep occupied floors operating normally.

04

Inspection & handover

Each floor is inspected, punch-listed, and signed off with ownership before it's released back into inventory.

"They renovated four floors of our property without us losing a single group booking. That level of sequencing discipline is rare in this trade."
